SECTION 21 – REFUND AND EXCHANGES

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong FijiKava product on the FijiKava.com website, we will gladly give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase upon receipt of returned product. Please contact our customer service team via the contact us page for details on how to return the product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of FijiKava (FijiKava.com). FijiKava takes care of packaging all orders securely. However, occasionally product boxes may be damaged whilst in transit. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on products if the box is damaged. Please contact Customer Service by email or phone via the Contact Us page to obtain details on how to make a claim for a refund or exchange.

All claims are individually assessed, and all approved returns are credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.

FijiKava reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

● Your original emailed FijiKava purchase receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
● Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

Section 22: SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES

When a product subscription is purchased, the amount payable will automatically be debited from the card details entered at the frequency selected (30 days, 60 days or 90 days). Customer card details are securely stored on the Stripe database in order to continue with future shipments. These details are not stored on our website.  Customers on a subscription plan will receive an email notification of their next shipment with the payment price 7 days prior to the payment date. Customers are able to withdraw from their subscription plans no less than 5 days prior to their payment date. Subscription plans are discounted accordingly; 30-day plan with 20% savings, 60-day plan with 15% savings, 90-day plan with 10% savings. As these are currently discounted items, no further discounts are applicable.
