I have only tryed for a 2nd time. 1st time it was yuck to be honest and didn't really do much 😕 2nd time I mixed with sparkling water and water drops and was very yummy feeling a little buzz

I am enjoying Kava while I wean off alcohol. I find it really does give me a chill relaxed sensation on the nights I have it, but I'm not feeling the need to have it every night like I was with alcohol. It helps me feel like sleep and I'm getting used to the earthy taste too 😊 I really appreciate the ethical and transparent supply chain, feel like I am supporting a grass roots industry.

This is my first introduction to Kava, so there has been a bit of a "learning curve" as I work out my required dosage, however on my third attempt, and using approx 5 teaspoons of the instant mix, I have achieved a calm, heady buzz.
Overall I'm happy with FijiKava's service, quality and will be purchasing again!
I find their open and honest supply chain, solvent-free extraction process and fast shipping to be fantastic.
One thing I would have found helpful as a beginner to Kava would be a dosage guide that comes with the Kava with a bit more detail than what is printed on the package (even just a post-purchase email guide would be great).
I noticed that personally I needed about 5x the recommended 1 teaspoon dose, which likely relates to me being tall and on the heavier side, however I ended up "wasting" my first few doses as I only had 1-2 teaspoons which did very little for me personally.
For those that try the standard dose and get nothing from it, dont give up, the product works, but first you need to work thru the reverse tolerance and you may need a stronger dose than recommended.
Play around with higher doses (within reason of course, work your way up, don't go crazy) and find the right level for you, especially if you're on the larger size of the scale.
Overall I can highly recommend FijiKava, and will be buying again for sure!
