The kava is very relaxing, I mixed mine with water and apple juice.
It is as relaxing as my usual tipple without befuddleing the mind, and there are no horrible hangovers.

I am enjoying Kava while I wean off alcohol. I find it really does give me a chill relaxed sensation on the nights I have it, but I'm not feeling the need to have it every night like I was with alcohol. It helps me feel like sleep and I'm getting used to the earthy taste too 😊 I really appreciate the ethical and transparent supply chain, feel like I am supporting a grass roots industry.

Never had kava in my life so decided it was time I tried it.
I mixed it with golden circle passionfruit juice and it wasn't too bad. A little muddy tasting but not enough to stop drinking it.
Best night sleep I've ever had.
Used it once again since then.

I purchased the 1kg traditional grind and wow! My mind completely calms down and feels so at ease after consumed which makes me a lot less stressed/anxious. 1 tablespoon mixed with 700ml of water everyday after either running or lifting or even just in the evening and it helps my body completely relax and recover every time. The taste is quite smooth and earthy to me and i don’t mind it one bit, i will absolutely be repurchasing.

Love the instant mix kava! As much as I love a good process (cocktail making, kava straining etc), the instant mix is so convenient for those afternoons where you can't be bothered. A few tablespoons (I take a little more than the recommended dose), some water and a quick stir and I'm done. 15 minutes later my shoulders are down, I have a heavy body and mind sedation which isn't comparable to any other legal plant medicine I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot). If you're looking for something for relaxation or anxiety, this is your answer. Mild nausea is normal, and a little ginger tea and a lay on your left hand side will sort you out 😉. Pairs well with Netflix 🥳
