How to use
How to use
Step 1:
Add 1 Teaspoon (5g) of FijiKava Noble Kava Instant Mix & 200mL of cold water into a blender. Blend for 1-2 mins.
Step 2:
Pour blended mixture through a straining cloth (if desired).
Step 3:
Enjoy Kava's earthy taste. Slight numbness to the tongue is normal.

This stuff is really working to make my anxiety tolerable.
Although stress and anxiety is required to survive fearful and stressful situations. Unlike alcohol, Kava makes me relaxed when I would attempt to relax with alcohol and have become very sick from it due to my anxiety.
For those also looking for a reduction in anxiety I totally recommend it.
Just one glass a day is helping me and I am still able to do daily activities and exercise. Unlike the antipsychotic drugs being dished out instead of continuous use of benzo diazepine drugs that are and will always be used in extreme cases this is the best option for daily or occasional use.
I thank the Australian Government for legalising Kava in 2020 which I thought was still illegal as a food.
Per previous reviews, I find the instant mix of Noble Fiji Kava to provide an excellent calming and relaxing effect. This latest batch (02062611 Exp 06 2028) seems to be of very high quality and is stronger than my previous batch.
I have been purchasing the Instant Kava for around 12 months and the latest batch had an unusual smell a taste. The closest I could describe it would be be like a disinfectant type flavor.
I emailed my concern and now have been requested to send back photos, not the product !
Tried it as an aid for winding down and sleeping, i hated the taste but followed some advice mixed with juice etc and sculled it. Still tasted like dirt and wasn't worth it, I felt nothing. Did twice in one evening to see, also did for a few nights as read somewhere can take a while for some people. Not even the mouth tingle people talk about was pretty sad about not getting any benefits :(
I mix 5g Kava, 5ml MCT Oil, 5Ml Manuka Honey and 200ml of unsweetened coconut milk.
